If anyone can help me, my drawings are to big for a scanner and I see so many artists with beautiful and detailed drawings on here, how do they do it? I take a photo of them but it still doesn't turnout right and I have to practically destroy the drawing with digital manipulation. Help please?
If the drawing is too big, I usually scan it in bits (with lots of overlapping space) and put it together digitally. Unless it's really really big (like a big canvas painting), then I resort to camera. But I usually use camera as last resort, because it's hard to control the lighting and the angles.
